Pop Up Christmas Market Vendor Application

Operating Policies and Proceedures:

We want to establish a community, family friendly environment with friendly vendors, reasonable prices, and a wide variety of fresh products, crafts, plants and delicious foods and quality second hand items.  

Market management reserves the right to decline the participation of vendors that do not fit the Market objectives or criteria for participation. Vendors may not sell products not listed on application without permission of the Market manager. Any additions must be approved by Market Staff.

Payment of R100 per stall is made on application, however, should your stall or products not fit into the Market objectives, your payment will be returned to you within 14 days of application.

• Each stall owner will manage their own sales and finances.  (A security team will be onsite to provide additional safety).
• Bring your own table, gazebo and any equipment you need to set up your stall.
• The need for power, water or the like needs to be indicated on application.  Own extention cords need to be provided.
• All tables and equipment need to fit into the designated stall area.
• Stalls need to be set up by 13:30pm for a 14:00pm start.
• Stalls close at 18:30pm. Vendors are expected to remain open for business until the close of the Market.  Food & drink vendors can apply for a later close because of the movie night. 
• No selling of alcoholic beverages.
• No selling of cigarettes or any vape products.
• No selling of any medication or medicinal plants.
