"Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord , I will be joyful in God my Saviour." (Habakkuk 3:17-18)
None of us know what the future holds. Here are three thoughts that we can put into action, that will help us live wisely and well.
• Time is precious; don't waste it. Don't waste it bickering about things that won't matter when the ones we love are gone. Do everything we can to live in harmony and show our love.
• Create memories - not regrets! Make them good ones.
• It's not what happens, but how we respond that counts. We have the power through Christ to make each test an occasion for growth.
"The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to tread on the heights." (Habakkuk 3:19)
Have a blessed Friday.
Blessings.
