Service Description
Our Christian counsellors are volunteers trained in Christian counselling [they are not psychologists]. For this reason, they cannot counsel within the scope of any mental health diagnoses/addictions/major depression/legal issues. Our counsellors work within their skills to assist you to work through any life issues you may be facing. If they feel you need further assistance, they will recommend a referral. ​ HOW WE WORK We are a donation-based service to the community [where people can afford]. Due to the demand for counselling, we might at times have a waiting list. The booking fee goes towards counselling resources and building a new counselling room. Please contact us if you cannot afford to pay this fee and we will arrange to get it waived for you.
Cancellation Policy
Please honour the time we have set aside for our session as there is a waiting list for Counselling and we hate anyone to be turned away. With this in mind please make this session a PRIORITY and only cancel if you cannot avoid it. Please also do not cancel on the day of your session. Please note that any cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded the booking fee.
